Refund policy

At FemFlourish Boutique, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the issue is due to an error on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

We are not responsible for sizing issues, incorrect addresses, or normal wear and tear.
